How do I find the right size?
Measure your pet standing on all four paws. Around chest — the widest part just behind the front legs. Body length — along the spine from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Around neck — the lower neck with about two fingers of breathing room. Each KuWoof piece is handcrafted, so a slight variance of ±2-3 cm is normal; if your pet is between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How long until I have my products?
Every garment undergoes a final quality and hygiene inspection before dispatch, and orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day — orders placed after 2 PM (Melbourne time) or on weekends ship the next business day.
