How do I find the right size?
Measure your pet standing on all four paws. Around chest — the widest part just behind the front legs. Body length — along the spine from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Around neck — the lower neck with about two fingers of breathing room. Each Kuwoof piece is handcrafted, so a slight variance of ±2-3 cm is normal; if your pet is between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How long until I have my products?
Because every garment undergoes a final quality and hygiene inspection before dispatch, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be prepared. We then deliver Australia-wide, with the estimated delivery time shown at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
What is your Return Policy?
Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items may be returned under Australian Consumer Law. For hygiene reasons, change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
